At Rotary Camp, we deeply believe in making summer camp accessible for everyone - regardless of their financial background. Over the past 5 years, we've given away nearly $700,000 in financial aid!

If your family could benefit from receiving a scholarship, please fill out the webform below. A member of our staff will be in contact with you to let you know what percentage you could qualify for. Please give a minimum of three business days to process your request.

4.) WRITTEN LETTER

Below, please write a brief letter explaining how financial assistance will help; include any special circumstance, financial or otherwise. If one or more adults in the household are not receiving income, please explain how the remaining portion of fees will be paid. 

5.) INCOME/ASSISTANCE REVIEW

Please submit the most recent copies of proof of income for all adults in the household. These can be IRS 1040 tax forms, W2s, proof of SNAP benefits, or documentation of your last 30 days of pay stubs/government assistance. A photo is fine if you do not have access to a PDF or document scanner! If you do not have any of these things, please contact Rotary Camp.
