CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL

We get it--things come up. In the event that you need to cancel your week of camp or another program at CYN, our policy is outlined below. This policy applies to all programs ran by Camp Y-Noah (Summer Camp, Riding Lessons, Family Camp, ect.)

CANCELLING MORE THAN TWO WEEKS BEFORE YOUR PROGRAM START DATE

If you cancel more than two full weeks before your session/week of camp begins, you'll receive a full refund minus your $75 non-refundable deposit. 

CANCELLING LESS THAN TWO WEEKS BEFORE YOUR PROGRAM START DATE

If you cancel less than two full weeks before your session/week of camp begins, you forfeit all payments, including your $75 non-refundable deposit. 

PLEASE NOTE: If your program fee is not paid in full and/or has scheduled payments two weeks before the start date, you will also forfeit your spot, your deposit, and any already-paid funds. 

REASON FOR CANCELLING

Any refund requests for a cancellation less than two weeks before your program starts that are the result of an extenuating circumstance are at the discretion of the camp director.
